Role Summary

As a temporary CBS Export Planning & Analytics Analyst (1 year) within the Planning team, you will bridge core supply chain operations with advanced data automation. Sitting at the intersection of logistics, compliance, and data analytics, this position offers an exciting opportunity to build automated workflows that directly safeguard global product delivery. You will own alert-driven monitoring to proactively manage inventory health, audit batch eligibility, and track regulatory clearances across mixing centers. Your primary objective is to maintain inventory availability and compliance across international networks through automated data tools and agile supply corrections.

 

Responsibilities

  • Shelf-Life & Supply Allocation Management: Own 3–6 month alert-driven projection workflows to flag shelf-life risks, executing production requests or network rebalances to ensure stock meets strict US and export standards 
  • Regulatory Compliance & Batch Eligibility: Audit plant production and specific batch codes to verify country-specific facility certifications, coordinating with warehouse operations to reserve compliant inventory for export markets 
  • Export Clearance & Transactional Execution: Track daily localized operational clearances, including lab sampling pipelines, financial clearance steps, and country-specific import permits prior to order release 
  • Analytics Automation & Data Engineering: Maintain and optimize automated workflows using Google Apps Script and Python to convert manual screening checks into programmatic alerts 
  • Data Visualization & Documentation: Interface with data repositories (such as Snowflake) to query batch metadata, maintaining BI dashboards and documenting process logic matrices for team continuity 

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in supply chain planning, customer service, or logistics operations 
  • Experience with ERP and Supply Chain Planning systems (e.g., SAP or Kinaxis)
  • Programming or scripting experience (Python or Google Apps Script) with a strong interest in workflow and alert automation
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Previous experience working with AI (Gemini, or related tools)
  • Exposure to Business Intelligence (BI) visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or DOMO) 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills
