Role Summary

Step into the fast-paced world of consumer goods with our dynamic marketing team as a Marketing Trainee (Home Care Category). In this role, you will play a key role in executing impactful marketing plans that shape the present and future of our iconic brands across our primary product categories. Your primary mission will be to turn data into action and support go-to-market strategies to drive sales, enhance margins, and boost brand profitability from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Execute with Excellence: Coordinate and execute integrated advertising campaigns and promotional activities designed to capture consumer attention and build brand equity.

  • Drive In-Market Success: Implement and track strategic go-to-market initiatives to ensure our brands maintain a winning presence at the point of sale.

  • Turn Data into Action: Analyze weekly sales data to uncover valuable market insights, recommend emerging product opportunities, and fuel overall category growth.

  • Become a Market Expert: Monitor competitive activities and evolving market trends closely to identify and seize new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate to Win: Partner seamlessly with cross-functional Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to guarantee flawless project execution and outstanding business results.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree completed (Or waiting for diploma)

  • Entry-level role designed for passionate individuals with a strong desire to learn.

  • Professional working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides.

Preferred Qualifications

  • University degree specializing in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Marketing.

  • Prior familiarity or academic exposure to data systems/market research.

  • Strong functional competencies in data interpretation and agile problem-solving.
