THE EXPERIENCE

 

In today’s dynamic retail environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the Marketing team at Colgate. Our highly energetic and focused Team is dedicated to driving growth for Colgate Palmolive and in this constantly evolving landscape.

 

What role will you play as a valuable member of the team?

 

The OC Social Manager will define, deploy and optimize the ecosystem strategy for Colgate Philippines, through strategies that bring to life the brand’s philosophy, deliver delightful experiences and enable the customer journey. 

 

They will design the brand experience strategy across owned and master brand assets, including .COM, social media, eCommerce, chatbots, social listening, always-on content planning, and professional services. The ecosystem strategy will also be an integral driver for new product launches and tied to CRM / Loyalty strategies.

 

This role will work with brand teams and performance managers to build, measure and optimize ecosystem activity toward CP’s vision of developing a smart, always-on and personalized Experience Engine.

 

They will own day-to-day management of applicable programs. This role thrives in a fast-pace environment, keeps up with the constantly evolving digital marketing industry, and continuously strives for improvement. This role demands high standards for innovation that is never satisfied with the status quo to evolve business-critical channels.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED...

 

-  Bachelor's Degree in any Business or Advertising course

 

-  8+ years of relevant digital marketing experience

 

-  Experience working on owned and always-on digital channels

 

-  Experience translating master brand assets into interactive digital experiences 

 

-  Experience running end-to-end marketing campaigns that encompass owned, earned and paid media properties

 

-  Ability to gain insights from analytics and data source, in order to drive optimization
