The Experience

In today’s dynamic retail environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Team at Colgate. Our highly energetic and focused Team is dedicated to driving growth for Colgate Palmolive in this ever-changing landscape.

 

 

What role will you play as a member of the RGM team?

The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Specialist role revolves in successfully digesting commercial data and translating it into meaningful and actionable information as well as moving forward the RGM agenda in the organization which entails the preparation and planning for the RGM-led activities such as workshops and reviews or participation in matrixed activities such as Go-To-Market, CBP Monthly discipline and other sundry meetings.

 

 

Main Responsibilities:

Collating of Finance, Marketing and other relevant Commercial data in collaboration with other departments in the organization and meaningfully summarizing those into actionable information.

Visualization of build and ideas into presentation decks

Assistance in the facilitation of RGM led meetings and discussions like taking minutes of the meeting and archiving the highlights / discussion points in an indexed calendar; preparation, distribution and collation of pre-work (for RGM workshops)l and emceeing for RGM trainings (internally and to customers)

Business partnering capabilities to help drive results in focus commercial areas

 

What you’ll need...

 

Bachelor's Degree required

At least 3 years of experience preferably on RGM, Pricing, Marketing Operations, Product Line Management, Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, Campaign Planning, Finance Business Partner, Revenue Assurance Specialist, Financial Planning Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Audit/Tax/Management Consulting Associate

Adeptness in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint or the equivalent applications in Google Suite in summarizing data and presenting those effectively

Excellent grasp on fundamental finance and accounting concepts with the capacity of relating those to day-to-day commercial activities

Knowledge of RGM methodology in terms of pricing, managing sales mix, evaluating new products or innovations of old products and managing SKU productivity all throughout its product life cycle
