POSITION: MANAGER - Impactful Brand Experiences (IBE)

LOCATION: TAGUIG CITY, PHILIPPINES

 

 

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Senior IBE Manager will lead the IBE team to create impactful brand experiences for people, and growth for our business, via a digital-centric approach that is relevant, innovative and brand-building.

 

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:  

 

  • Responsible for the development of the Media investment strategy across different touch points based on a consumer journey.
  • Drive media transformation, lead media negotiation and tracking, challenging Agencies and Brand Teams with new ways of thinking and planning in an omnichannel world.
  • Manage digital agency relationships in Digital Media planning & creative.
  • Manage A&P Budget Review process with Finance.
  • Lead influencer and social media strategies.
  • Lead content and search strategy together with Digital Design.
  • Partner with the eCommerce team to develop a 12-month calendar, integrating digital agency relationships with eComm platforms. Oversee all conversion-based media. Act as key liaison between the eCommerce & Marketing team.
  • Develop KPIs dashboards to demonstrate success of digital campaigns vs. objectives and benchmarks
  • Work closely with internal & external teams to test and execute new enhancements, technologies to optimize and improve customer experience and business results.
  • Interact with Division and Global digital teams, advocating for the Philippines and facilitating two-way cascade of directions and best practices.
  • Build capabilities both of Marketing and broader teams through trainings, digital days, digital newsletter and other key engagements
  • Lead & Develop the IBE team ensuring a fun learning environment for the company.

 

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS:

INTERNAL: IBE Team, Division, Marketing, eCommerce, Finance, Customer Development

EXTERNAL: Partner agencies, Google, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.

 

REQUIREMENT:

  • Education: Bachelor degree and above
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Integrated campaign planning/ communications planning (assigning roles to channels especially digital assets such as social, video, search)
  • Digital planning/buying across all platforms
  • Working knowledge of ad technologies & operations (Facebook, Google, Tiktok, etc)
  • Experience in driving change management
  • Highly proficient in written and verbal Tagalog and English
  • Strong articulation and presentation capabilities
