The Experience : 

 

The Brand Manager plays an integral role in driving market share and business growth, driving volume and strengthening equity of the brands they are responsible for. They own the full business management of the brands, from conceptualization, implementation and evaluation of consumer marketing programs which involve but are not limited to Product, Pricing, Promotions, Placement, POPs, and Advertising/Communication (across mainstream and emerging touchpoints like TV, Radio, Digital etc. all CBP processes, business reviews and regional projects.

What you’ll need...

  • Bachelor's Degree in any Business course
  • 3+ years in product management
  • FMCG experience
  • Identifies and implements best practices for measuring and reporting digital critical metrics
  • Hands-on experience with branding and digital marketing from concept to execution.
  • Solid communication skills, capable of raising consensus at all levels: peers, executives, team members.
