Lead the right execution of 5Ps in each Retail Environment, give input on strategies and tactics to proactively respond to shopper, customer, service provider and competitor trends that result in sustainable sales and share growth. Ensure alignment with the regional Retail Marketing team to grow above the market


What you will do

 

  • Analyze 5Ps performance by Retail Environment (RE) and ensure alignment with Brand Development managers and Shopper Development Managers. Conduct Retail Environment performance analysis to diagnose and identify category opportunities.
  • Work with Retail Category Development to define and review recommended assortment by Retail Environment. Track assortment compliance and lead action plans definition.
  • Define new product price points and develop price flows based on regional strategy, ensuring right RE pricing strategies as well as RRSPs.
  • Lead Colgate Business Planning/Monthly Discipline meetings and ensure the participation of all members.
  • Identify RRSPs opportunities.
  • Build Promotional grid recommendations for each RE.
  • Lead SMA grid and work with Shopper Development Managers to reinforce plans using shopper insights.
  • Work with Shopper Development Managers to reinforce customer plans based on shopper insights.
  • Identify Go To Market (GTM) opportunities aligned with Team Leaders, General Managers and regional team.
  • Analyze Gross To Net results and work with Shopper Development Managers, Customer Development Teams leader to ensure compliance with Gross To Net strategy and targets by bucket.
  • IT Roadmap (2 a year).
  • Trade Visits & In Store supervision.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

 

 

Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering
  • At least 3+ years in the commercial area (Marketing or Sales)
  • Solid knowledge of different Retail Environments, shopper behavior and market dynamics
  • Management of Microsoft Office, Google Tools, SAP, BI, Nielsen and Tableau

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Master's Degree MBA
