Objective

 

Lead the right execution of 5Ps in each RE, ensuring alignment with the regional team and balance promotional investment across customers/REs.

 

Responsibilities 

 

1. Analyze 5Ps performance by RE and ensure alignment with BDMs & SDMs.

Conduct REs performance analysis to diagnose and identify category opportunities

2. Work with RCD to define and review recommended assortment by RE. Track assortment compliance and lead action plans

definition.

3. Define new product price points and develop price flows based on regional strategy, ensuring right RE pricing strategies as well as

RRSPs.

4. Lead CBP Monthly Discipline and ensure the participation of all members.

5. Identify RRSPs opportunities

6. Build Promotional grid recommendations for each RE

7. Lead SMA grid and work with SDMs to reinforce plans using shopper insights

8. Work with SDMs to reinforce customer plans based on shopper insights

9. Identify GTM opportunities aligned with TLs, GM and regional team

10. Analyze GTN results and work with SDMs, CDT leader to ensure compliance with GTN strategy and targets by bucket

 

Requirements

 

Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering

Previous Experience working at a Consumer Goods Company

+4 years in the commercial area (Marketing or Sales) working with the Direct and Indirect Channel

 Management of Microsoft Office Excel

Desirable SAP, BI, Nielsen, Tableau Domain
