Objetivo de la posición

Es responsable de asegurar la correcta sincronización de Demand & Supply con Walmart para abastecer los requerimientos del cliente en el área logística. Adicional, debe generar estrategias de colaboración para los principales indicadores logísticos cliente-CP, que permitan incrementar consecuentemente ventas, optimizando inventarios y reduciendo costos para ambas compañías.


Responsabilidades principales:

  1. Es responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento y monitoreo semanal de los indicadores Fillrate, DOH, Instock, OSA, para satisfacer las necesidades del consumidor, trabajando en forma colaborativa con el cliente y equipos de trabajo internos en CP
  2. Revisión y ajuste semanal del Forecast de Walmart a través del uso de la herramienta de GRS para garantizar el correcto abasto desde CP hasta el anaquel de todas las tiendas y asegurar la inicialización en el sistema de nuevos productos y transiciones.
  3. Cumplir con la entrega del paquete de Entregables que solicita Walmart como parte del programa de CPFR en cada país.
  4. Liderar colaborativamente con los equipos comerciales el incremento de cantidades en DP para asegurar el correcto abasto de las dinámicas comerciales de Walmart .
  5. Identificar semanalmente las causas más impactantes de incumplimiento en entregas por parte de Colgate, y definir junto con Servicio al Cliente CP y Walmart acciones para solucionar dichas causas. 
  6. Analizar las causas más impactantes de productos agotados en góndolas (OSA) por tienda, y definir conjuntamente Colgate/Walmart las acciones necesarias para incrementar la disponibilidad en góndola.
  7. Participar en reuniones colaborativas comercial Colgate/Walmart para la planificación de actividades comerciales
  8. Participación en las juntas Top 2 Top. Participación activa en proyectos de colaboración con Walmart que permita mejorar la disponibilidad de productos en góndola.
  9. Conocer los procesos internos del cliente de reabasto y logísticos y eventualmente ser el responsable del manejo del sistema de reabasto del cliente (CEDI a tiendas)
  10. Desarrollo de planes de acción con el fin de mejorar la disponibilidad de nuestros productos, incrementar ventas, mejorar fillrate y optimizar el inventario, en colaboración con el área de reabasto del cliente.


Requisitos de la posicion:

  • Nivel Académico: Título Universitario. (Ingenieria - Administracion de Empresas - Logística)
  • De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en Servicio al cliente / Distribución - Transporte / Demand Planning / Administración de Centros de Distribución y Logística de entrega / Conocimiento de costos logísticos / Manejo de inventarios.
  • Inglés en un 70 % como mínimo.
  • Requiere conocimiento de MS Office, especialmente Excel.
  • 1 año en el puesto de CPFR (Deseable).
  • Manejo de Business Intelligence Systems - SAP para generación de KPIs (Deseable)
  • Experiencia en multinacionales (Deseable)
