About the Role

Are you an accomplished facilities and infrastructure leader ready to oversee corporate workplace operations, engineering infrastructure, and capital projects? As our Manager, Facilities, you will direct day-to-day facility operations, building infrastructure maintenance, site security, workplace logistics, and Integrated Facility Management (IFM) vendors. Balancing operational excellence with financial stewardship, you will oversee site CapEx/OpEx budgets, drive sustainability and energy efficiency programs, and lead MRO inventory workflows. If you bring a strong background in engineering maintenance, contractor governance, and team leadership within corporate or manufacturing environments, this role offers an exceptional platform to shape an optimal workplace!

Core Responsibilities

  • Facility Maintenance & Engineering Infrastructure: Oversee routine and corrective maintenance across site building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, janitorial); execute preventive maintenance programs to guarantee continuous operational readiness.

  • Capital Projects & Spatial Planning: Lead capital engineering projects (CapEx) from scope definition to execution; manage corporate space planning, seating allocations, and internal office relocations.

  • Integrated Facility Management (IFM) & Vendor Governance: Direct third-party IFM providers and contractors; manage competitive bidding, contract negotiations, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maximize cost efficiency and service quality.

  • Workplace Operations & General Services: Supervise corporate workplace services—including mail/package logistics, courier partnerships, and the Company Employee Store (inventory replenishment, POS systems, customer service).

  • EHS, Quality & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to local regulations, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies, and corporate quality standards (ISO 9001 / Colgate quality guidelines).

  • Budget Management & Sustainability: Develop and govern OpEx and CapEx facility budgets; drive utility monitoring, waste reduction, and site energy-efficiency initiatives.

  • Team Leadership & MRO Management: Coach and develop facilities and general services staff; manage MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) supplies and leverage facility data analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial), Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related discipline.

  • At least 4+ years of experience managing facility operations, building engineering infrastructure, supply chain operations, or manufacturing sites.

  • At least 3+ years of direct supervisory experience leading multidisciplinary maintenance, facilities, or general services teams.

  • Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Engineering, or Facility Management.

  • Demonstrated track record managing Integrated Facility Management (IFM) contracts, competitive vendor bidding, and corporate lease/SLA negotiations.

  • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM), Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), ERP systems (SAP), and Google Workspace.

  • Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and local EHS regulatory frameworks.
