We are looking for a Category Manager who will be responsible for developing and delivering the Retail Category Development (RCD) Services to our 1 way and 2 way customers.

This role key objectives are:
- Maintain best in class customer engagement, partnering & advisorship in RCD
- Accelerate category growth
- Implement visible category POS solutions based on insights
- Ensure high quality standards on RCD tools
- Lead RCD workshops with top customers
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define RCD annual plan to ensure highest standards of partnering & engagement with our key customers based on building trust on our objective insights & recommendations.
- Lead the customer engagement process with prioritized customers, (including shop along, collaborative research shopper study, RCD workshop and lead Value creation meetings in order to align with the customer on a strategy to accelerate category growth).
- Keep developing and updating RCD Tools for the prioritized categories such as the Merchandising Manual or Category Newsletters to increase RCD coverage at 1 Way Customers.
- Develop Recommended Assortment and Planograms by RE & key customers
- Close internal collaboration with Insights team, Field Force, CDMs, Consumer Experience & rest of retail execution team
- Provide category diagnosis internally and externally to customers and training store staffs
- Provide key inputs to the GtM team for all NP development & new projects, help address Trade Stories...

Education/ Experience Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a commercial area (category management /consumer marketing / customer development/ trade marketing)
- Fluent Spanish level
- Advanced English Level
- Experienced contact with retailers (presentations/innovation days/commercial meetings)
- Nielsen data management & reports (Scantrack, homepanel, trade panel…) , Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, power point) and Google Tools (google sheets & google slides) knowledge & desirable planogram tools management like (i.e: Spaceman, Apolo…)
