Tu es doté.e d’une excellente communication orale et tu associes compétences relationnelles et sens du service ?

En tant qu’Animateur.rice/Formateur.rice, tu seras rattaché.e à un Directeur Régional avec pour missions : 

 

QUANTI :

 

  • Gérer le portefeuille clients de ton secteur géographique (Entre 10 à 20 clients).

  • Développer les ventes dans le respect des objectifs journaliers.

  • Réaliser les objectifs et les challenges fixés par le Responsable Sell-Out.

 

 

QUALI :

 

  • Être l’ambassadeur.rice de la marque.

  • Maîtriser l’ensemble de la DN produits (efficacité, formulation, …).

  • Recruter de nouveaux clients et les fidéliser.

  • Créer un relationnel fort et durable avec les équipes de vente.

  • Garantir une exposition optimale de la marque dans le cadre des accords négociés.

  • Suivre les ruptures de stock en fin de journée.

  • Organiser des formations flash nouveautés, techniques de vente, astuces beauté Filorga afin de maximiser les ventes additionnelles et le cross-selling. 

  • Réaliser la veille concurrentielle sur les points de vente.

  • Assurer un reporting qualitatif quotidien

 

TON PROFIL : 

 

  • Tu as une formation en esthétique ou tu as un vrai intérêt pour ce milieu.
  • Tu disposes d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire.
  • Tu possèdes le permis B.
  • Tu connais le monde de la pharmacie.

 

  • Tu as un goût prononcé pour la vente et le Sell Out.
  • Tu es reconnu.e pour ton relationnel, tu fais preuve d’agilité et tu as le sens du résultat.
  • Tu es reconnu.e pour ton sens de l’organisation et ton autonomie. 
  • Tu fais preuve d’un très bon esprit d’équipe
