YOUR IMPACT:
 

The Account Managers team is part of the Commercial team and is responsible for managing relationships with Pharmacy channel customers, identifying opportunities to open new customers and encourage sales, always in close collaboration with Pharmacy channel partners and other elements of the Commercial team and other departments of the company.
 

YOUR MISSION:


As Account Manager your main responsibilities will be:
Have in-depth knowledge of the characteristics of the brand's product.
Present the product to customers, according to the brand's language and image, focusing on differentiating factors, benefits for the end consumer, margin for the customer, sales forecasts and selling conditions, campaigns and point of sale dynamics and extra point of sale that the brand will boost to support sellout.
Monitor the stock of products and materials at customers and proactively suggest the best stock level to ensure optimal supply for the customer.
Collaborate in the execution and monitor the entire organization of promotional and entertainment activities in order to maximize results and satisfaction.
Enter purchase orders correctly and in accordance with established deadlines.
Provide feedback on sell in and sell out performance, actions taken, proposing improvements and new ones, conditions, animations or tools to be implemented.
Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and partners.
