Responsibilities

  • Strategic 3PL & Carrier Management: Oversee and evaluate the performance of our logistics operators (3PL) and transportation carriers, leading performance reviews and establishing clear daily task prioritization to meet network objectives.

  • Cost & KPI Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and control all company logistics costs. Track and synthesize key operational logistics KPIs to present data-driven diagnostics to senior leadership.

  • Quality & Compliance Auditing: Guarantee absolute compliance with warehouse processes by leading comprehensive logistics and quality audits, preparing corporate reports, and maintaining standards for OEA certification.

  • Continuous Improvement (Lean Logistics): Identify, design, and execute process optimization and cost-reduction projects aimed at maximizing operational efficiency.

  • Sustainability & Innovation: Champion environmental sustainability initiatives within the warehouse network while updating and future-proofing standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • At least 2+ years of proven experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or 3PL management.

  • Solid proficiency in SAP, advanced Excel (Microsoft Office), and Google Workspace.

  • Intermediate English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and modern cloud logistics platforms.

  • Exposure to or strong interest in data analytics automation and applied AI tools for supply chain diagnostics.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence external partners and collaborate across levels.

  • A strong continuous improvement mindset backed by analytical grit and structured problem-solving capabilities.
