Representar profesionalmente a la empresa Colgate Palmolive, administrando la relación con el cliente en base a la confianza y el respeto, comercializando, asi como implementar las iniciativas de eCommerce en el canal, con el fin de incrementar las ventas de forma rentable, mejorar los niveles de distribución y las participaciones de mercado de las mismas, de acuerdo a nuestros principios comerciales.





  • Implementar las estrategias comerciales de CP, implementar las iniciativas de eCommerce en el canal, buscando que generen beneficios a nuestros clientes y a CP, entendiendo proactivamente las necesidades de nuestros clientes y recomendar las soluciones a los distintos requerimientos.
  • Lograr objetivos de ventas del Canal.
  • Monitorear las actividades de la competencia e informar al equipo comercial, identificar oportunidades y trasladarlas al equipo comercial para el desarrollo de estrategias que respondan a los cambios competitivos en el mercado.
  • Analizar información generada a través de estadísticas para tomar decisiones asertivas que beneficien a la empresa y al cliente, como planes promocionales, negociación y seguimiento a los Planes de Crecimiento, programación y planificación de ofertas para cada cliente, preparación del Joint Business Plan (JBP).
  • Administrar la comunicación tanto con el cliente, por medio de reuniones periódicas como Top to Top (T2T), revisión de negocios, negociación y monitoreo del Joint Business Planning , planes comerciales y promocionales.



Requisitos de la posición


  • Graduado Universitario de Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Mercadotecnia, Ingenierias, etc.
  • 1+ años de experiencia comercial (importante)
  • 1+ años de experiencia en eCommerce (importante)
  • Experiencia funcional y habilidades técnicas: Manejo de Office, SAP
  • Inglés avanzado
