What you will do:
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness by analyzing financial statements and credit reports.
- Establish and monitor credit limits for new and existing customers.
- Work with Customer Development/Sales and Customer Service & Logistics teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Generate collection notifications to customers, approve the release of orders.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and credit risk exposure.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address credit-related issues.
- Have proof of non-debt from your clients every 6 months.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Credit and Collections.
- English Intermediate +
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suites and SAP, or related financial systems.
Desirable:
- At least 2 years of work experience in Finance in consumer goods or commercial companies
