About the Position
We are looking for a 3rd or 4th-year Law student with an analytical, proactive, and dynamic profile to join our legal team. If you want to go beyond traditional legal practice, communicate easily across different departments, and wish to apply innovation and Artificial Intelligence to daily legal routines, this role is for you!
Main Responsibilities and Duties

Contract Analysis and Management: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing contract drafts (service agreements, distribution, sponsorship, NDAs, among others), identifying risks and ensuring alignment with company guidelines.

Administrative Process Tracking: Monitor proceedings with public bodies, regulatory agencies, and commercial registries, keeping certificates and filings up to date.

Evidence and Material Gathering: Support the compilation of documents, evidence, reports, and legal opinions to back the company's defense in judicial and administrative proceedings, including consumer protection agencies (PROCON).

Interface with External Law Firms: Support direct communication with partner law firms, managing deadlines, requesting reports, and aligning information.

Use and Implementation of AI: Apply generative and predictive Artificial Intelligence tools to daily tasks (doctrinal and case law research, document summarization, draft automation, and legal department workflow optimization).
Profile Requirements

Education: Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year (5th to 8th semester) of Law school.

Innovation & Technology: Practical knowledge of and a genuine interest in using Artificial Intelligence tools (such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or AI-integrated legal platforms).

Legal Knowledge: Solid foundation in Civil, Corporate/Business, and Administrative Law.

Additional Skills:

Excellent oral and written communication.

Strong organization, attention to detail, and strict adherence to deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with legal management software.

Differentials / Nice-to-Haves

Intermediate level English.

Previous internship experience at law firms or corporate legal departments in contracts, advisory, litigation, or legal marketing.

Knowledge of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
