Our highly energetic and focused Team is dedicated to driving growth for Hill's Pet Nutrition in this ever-changing landscape. What role will you play as a member of the Marketing team? The Senior Brand Manager, Global Marketing & Innovation is responsible for helping to identify and develop innovation and growth opportunities for the global Hill's Wellness business. A key part of this role will be leading the development and execution of marketing strategy and programs to achieve the Science Diet/Science Plan business objectives, in both the short and long term. Under the direction of the Associate Director, this position initiates and executes projects across the Hill's Wellness business, and works closely with the cross-functional team to identify and validate opportunities, develop strategies, and drive value for Hill's and our pet parents. This role is also responsible for our Global Sustainability Program, leading strategy development, collaborating with regional & cross functional teams, monitoring implementation and reporting back to the Colgate corporate team.
What you will do
• Lead cross-functional innovation project teams providing direction, delivering against key project milestones, communicating within the project team and presenting the project to the leadership team
• Manage the development and execution of brand strategies for new product launches, as well as packaging updates, reformulations and other product improvements
• Works across and gains input from the regional teams to help develop global strategy and innovation plans
• Manages marketing communication tools, claims database, trademark clearance, invoice processing, and project initiation request processes
• Works with the local Brand Teams, Consumer Insights and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation or business growth and to develop tangible solutions to seize these opportunities
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Marketing or any related field
• At least 5 years Brand Management, Customer Marketing, or Trade Marketing
• Ability to manage and work across a diverse, cross-functional team of professionals, including Brand Marketing, Science and Technology, Finance, Customer Development, and Supply Chain
• Ability to work well both individually and within the cross-functional and brand teams
• Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate to drive solutions

Salary Range $125,600 - $164,850 USD
Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive
offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
