This role will primarily support the President & CEO and the Vice President of Finance for the Hill’s Pet Nutrition, a global Division of the Colgate-Palmolive Company. The Executive Assistant will also support other members of the Global Leadership Team with general administrative duties. The role involves varied administrative work including calendar management, meeting planning, note-taking and coordination of travel. Key capabilities include strong organizational skills, applying judgment, and maintaining confidentiality. Key success factors include developing an in-depth knowledge of the organization, its policies and procedures, its business activities, its terminology, its customers, and interdependencies within the company.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic administrative support to President & CEO of Hill’s Pet Nutrition and the VIce President of Finance
- Work independently, exercise considerable discretion and be forward thinking in managing executive activities such as speaking engagements, meetings, client relationships, and all executive duties as required
- Manage minutes and coordinate follow-ups of key meetings
- Manage complex calendars with an understanding of which activities are most appropriate for the allocation of the senior leader’s time
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports and manage and coordinate meeting arrangements and travel plans for both domestic and global travel
- Partner with cross functional teams to manage projects
- Manage Purchase Orders and vendor setup
- Organize and manage end to end external/internal events across functions
- Coordinate special events as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards; demonstrates strong ethical behavior
Required Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or higher degree
- At least 5 years of administrative experience
- Experience working with executive managers
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to prioritize own work demands
- Exceptional Verbal and Written Skills
- Intermediate technical skills of administrative software (such as, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Concur, Ebuy, etc)
- Aptitude to learn new software
- Self-starter
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work overtime occasionally as needed

Salary Range $58,000 - $76,125 USD
Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package
