Job Summary -

 

  • Develop Retail Environment (RE) strategies and 5P’s based on Category and Brand Strategies and on robust RE, shopper and customer insight. Provide input on retailer perspective in the commercial process.
  • Work closely with both Consumer Marketing and Customer Management to develop strategies and tactics to grow the business in the specific RE’s.

 

Key Responsibilities -

  • Understand customers strategy, priorities and needs and takes them into consideration when building RE Strategy, Annual Commercial plans and inputs to commercial meetings
  • Understands shopping missions, trips and behaviors by RE and leverages this to build 5P plans and priorities 
  • Consistently deliver the fundamental customer engagement requirements together with CD Teams, evidenced by positive customer feedback and sales results
  • Define NPD Go To Market & launch plans and systematically monitor the execution and compliance.
  • Review SOM and Customer EPOS, participate and contribute in Customer reviews and Customer meetings
  • Manage Monthly Discipline/CBP (Gap Id + Action planning)
  • Proactively manage RGM Initiatives to drive Volume, ASP and Margin
  • Use analytics and insights to maximize baseline sales and drive an efficient and effective promotion plan

 

Required Qualifications -

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Customer Development (Sales) or in Trade/Customer/Retail Marketing, preferably in multinational company in an FMCG environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in using MS-Office / Google-suite and analytics understanding
