What you will do

 

In today’s constantly evolving retail environment, eCommerce has quickly become a top growth priority at Colgate-Palmolive. We are excited by the challenges this dynamic space brings! Our dedicated eCommerce team is full of passionate collaborators, and we are seeking individuals with the same energy, diligence and positivity who can help us lead change.

Join our eCommerce team based in Indonesia now! You will focus on engaging with the Key Customers by building strong business relationships to develop and deliver on the eCommerce growth agenda for our business hub.

This role reports to the eCommerce Team Leader with ownership of the P&L.

 

  • Partner with eCommerce and cross functional teams to identify growth strategies and priorities for Indonesia within the eCommerce channel & platforms
  • Lead Joint Business Plans (JBPs), promotion plans, T&C and spending plans for the assigned accounts, and manage customer-level 6P+A execution and engagement to deliver growth, net sales target and achieve eCommerce key metrics (GMV, shopper penetration, conversion rate, Average Order Value, customer retention rate, C-P market share) etc
  • Optimize the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for e-retailers, quarterly activity grid planning, development and deployment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for eCommerce activations

 

  • Work closely with the e-Distributors on cascading strategy, goal alignment and achieving KPIs according to business needs including to maintain high store rating in both online and offline operations
  • Provide monthly data on initiatives, pricing, distribution, and competitor activities
  • Analyse the daily/ weekly/ monthly performance for eCommerce and develops action plans to continue delivering business results

 

Required Qualifications

 

  • Minimum Degree and equivalent from any reputable university/ college
  • Possess minimum 3 years' working experiences in an E-commerce environment
  • Currently based in Indonesia. Relocation assistance is not available
  • Strong management experience from both platforms and brands perspective
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and ambition to drive business forward
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate a clear vision and be able to work in partnership with your stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Highly adaptable to changes in a fast pace environment
