Overview
As the Executive - Logistics Admin, you will be responsible for managing the logistics process for our business in Indonesia. This position is available with a 24-months contract, reporting to the Associate Manager, Customer Engagement.
Location: Indonesia
What you will do

Support the end-to-end logistics documentation for our Indonesia business inclusive stock reservations, pre orders, shipments confirmation and notification, and stocks return to the Company and distributors between Malaysia and Indonesia

Ensure Process, Quality and Regulatory Compliance inclusive systematic filing and documentation of shipment status in the Company’s system to ensure visibility on documentations, import permit, custom declaration status and trade delivery arrangement

Arrange pre-inspection to verify the documents and collaborate with Co-Packers for stickers arrangements for distributors

Ensure Purchase Orders and Sales Orders are in place and approved in a timely manner for all Indonesia related logistics costs, inclusive labour and production of stickers, pre-inspection costs and etc

Coordinate with Finance team to ensure the payment for tax duty and freight forwarding for every shipment are paid

Contribute to the monthly/ weekly review meeting to drive process efficiencies and enable on-target customer fulfillment rate

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university, with Major in Logistics or Supply Chain

Minimum 2 years Logistics Admin/ import/ Shipment process and documentation experience, preferably in a fast-moving industry

Advanced Microsoft office excel, Google sheets and knowledge SAP system.

Ability to maintain database, document filling and prepare reports

Passionate of a career in Logistics Admin, independent and high sense of ownership

Excellent communication skills (both internally & externally) and proficient in English both written and spoken

Experience in using any Supply Chain or logistics system, data and tool are welcome
