What will you do:

 

Colgate-Palmolive Xccelerate+ Commercial Management Trainee Program is a 24 months development program crafted to prepare you to be future leaders of tomorrow. The program will provide you first-hand experiences and broad exposure to our global organization through job rotations in an immersive learning environment within Customer Development, Retail Marketing, eCommerce and eventually leading you into a definite fast track of commercial business management.

 Who Are We Looking For:

 

  • Degree of Master's degree holder with CGPA 3.2 and above in Commerce/ International Business/ Business Administration 
  • Possess less than 18 months full-time working experience (excluding internships & part time work)
  • Proven leadership skills in assuming multiple leadership positions in curricular activities
  • Passionate about developing a career in FMCG industry
  • Problem solver with strong analytical skills 

  • Creative & critical thinking with an open mind and high learning agility 

  • Adventurous, entrepreneurial and possess experimental mindset 

  • Strong leadership skills, driven to achieve goals and deliver outcomes
