Overview:

As the Associate Manager - Customer Engagement, you will be responsible to lead the customers' strategy in the Demand function based in Indonesia.

 

What you will do:

  • Lead replenishment strategy and processes by partnering with distributors to ensure orders are placed timely at the right level and timely replenishment to warehouses

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant logistics regulations and provide relevant documentations required by the government

  • Engage distributor to enhance service levels and customer satisfaction

  • Lead Inventory Management initiatives at distributor focusing on Inventory/SKU deep-dive analysis, SLOB/discontinued clearance

  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure timely delivery of new products by meeting regulatory requirements and maintaining an efficient supply chain

  • Work closely with Customer Development team on Atlas planning, identify inconsistencies in volume estimates based on historical trends to improve forecast accuracy

  • Monitor performance metrics (KPI’s) to understand service and efficiency trends and identify improvement opportunities Shares performance information with the Team to develop collaborative approaches for improvement

  • Oversee timely shipment clearance processes to prevent delays and minimize costs impact

  • Coordinate and oversee co-packing at distributor

  • Responsible for collaborative end to end solutions that leverage joint capabilities and expertise in support of Colgate’s Customer Development and Customer Service strategies

  • Coordinate cross-functional work teams to eliminate root causes of distributor supply chain inefficiencies and Out of Stocks (OOS)

  • Monthly engagement with customers to drive aligned joint initiatives

  • Demonstrate leadership in monthly commercial process i.e LAM presentation

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5 years experience in Customer Engagement or Customer Service business partnering experience in a Multinational Company, preferably in a FMCG setup

  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of Financial Statement impact, Business Insights, Business Perspective and etc

  • Proactive in highlighting & identifying gaps in our processes or plans and able to put forth recommendations with factual reasoning

  • Good communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

  • Enjoy working cross-functionally and leverage on network to drive results

  • Detail -oriented while keeping sight of the big picture, self-driven
