Job Summary:

The purpose of this position is to oversee the operations of the finance team, ensure timeliness, accuracy and compliance of financial statements and serve as a link between corporate, tax offices and subsidiary finance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for CIT, VAT, WHT, stamp duty declarations and filings in coordination with finance teams and tax advisors
• E-ledger submission
• Responsible for VAT refund process.
• Investment Incentive Certificate Process follow up
• Transfer Pricing Report preparation
• Controlling the compliance of the business transactions with the tax legislation
• Manage and support all Tax audits (external, internal audit)
• Optimize tax compliance procedures and processes within the company through collaboration with finance and other cross-functional teams.
• Participate in the monthly closing procedure to ensure the accuracy of quarterly and year-end tax provision

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Higher Education Degree in Finance, Economics, Management etc.
• Minimum 3 years of tax audit experience in Big4 is must
• Fluent in English
• SAP Knowledge is preferred.
