Job Summary:

 

Logistics Senior Specialist is responsible for analyzing & reporting of the Logistics service performance measures for the NAMET region. This includes analyzing all logistics related activities, network optimization and FTG projects. 

 

Will also be accountable for the implementation of projects identified through analysis as well as supporting detailed analysis applying available systems & information. This role will also be supporting several CS&L roles for process refinements and improvements.

 

Key Responsibilities -


•    Analyze and report Logistics performance measures 
•    Analyze logistics cost and review cost metrics monthly with finance 
•    Conduct FTG brainstorming sessions and follow up with local teams on the status of FTG projects 
•    Run supply network analysis models and investigate opportunities to optimize network in terms of cost and service 
•    Support Hub logistics team on operational issues by collaborating with freight forwarders 
•    Attend 3PL meetings for regular KPI reviews and seeking project opportunities 

 

Required Qualifications:


•    A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields / Business Administration / International Trade, MBA Desirable 
•    Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or logistics 
•    Proficient in the English & Turkish
•    Microsoft Office and Google Tools 

 

Preferred Qualifications:


•    SAP Knowledge 
•    Supply Chain Guru 
•    Business Intelligence Knowledge
