Job Summary:

This position provides accurate and timely management of accounts receivable to ensure positive cash generation, credit control and proper collection of customer’s outstanding debt. 
It has a vital role in controls over cash collection from Colgate customers and  mainly interacts with customer service and sales departments within Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor AR open items to ensure that outstanding invoices are paid on a timely basis.
  • Communicate daily to Customer Development Organization and Company’s management any issues with customer’s payments to ensure that all possible steps are taken to collect past due AR.
  • Review AR supporting documents to verify that all legal requirements are met.
  • On a quarterly basis reconcile outstanding balances with Colgate customers in order to resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare journals and supporting documentation for the month-end closing to ensure that Corporate reporting requirements are met.
  • Handle invoice processes via government portal.
  • Lead and/or participate ROI analysis.
  • Managing Customer Gross to Net Process to ensure that Corporate reporting requirements are met.
  • Supports and participates in the GTN/AR monthly meetings with leadership team.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Economics/ Management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience; preferably with a Multinational FMCG company or Big4.
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Business Intelligence and SAP Knowledge
