O estagiário tem como objetivo o apoio à área de Total Rewards, garantindo a excelência e qualidade nos processos de Benefícios e Remuneração. O profissional será responsável pela busca ativa de oportunidades de melhoria e automação, além de atuar na comunicação eficaz dos nossos programas e fornecer suporte de excelência aos funcionários.

Principais Atividades:

  • Apoio às rotinas de Total Rewards (Remuneração e Benefícios), contribuindo para uma excelente Employee Experience.
  • Gestão de Benefícios: Administração de benefícios de alimentação/refeição e suporte aos Programas de Reconhecimento.
  • Portal de Benefícios (Darwin): Suporte total em eventos de vida, fechamento de bases e extração de relatórios.
  • Programa de Ações: Gestão operacional do ciclo de ações (processos de compra, venda e controle de pagamentos)..
  • Remuneração: Suporte na comunicação e operação do Programa de Participação nos Resultados (PR).
  • Administração de Total Rewards: Manutenção das bases de dados, controle de despesas e pagamentos de notas fiscais e gestão de contratos via sistema, garantindo o cumprimento das políticas internas.
  • Suporte Consultivo: Atendimento direto a funcionários para sanar dúvidas sobre Plano Médico, Odonto, Portal de Benefícios, etc.
  • Melhoria Contínua: Apoio em iniciativas de simplificação de fluxos e automação de tarefas manuais..
     
    Qualificações requeridas:
  • Cursando Ens. Superior de Administração ou cursos Similares
  • Excel/Google Sheets nível Intermediário
  • Inglês básico
  • Disponibilidade para estagiar 6 horas/dia
  • Estudar no período noturno
