Role Summary

Ready to spearhead local media strategies that directly drive brand growth?

Sitting within the Impactful Brand Experience (IBE) framework, this position translates brand growth plans into high-impact, localized omnichannel campaigns. You will lead day-to-day governance of our Media Agency of Record and collaborate closely with Category Brand Managers and Digital Commerce to power end-to-end marketing integration. This is a high-visibility opportunity to optimize media sufficiency, maximize return on ad spend, and accelerate profitable household penetration across designated markets.

Responsibilities

  • Integrated Media Execution & Strategy: Lead the co-creation and execution of localized Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) media plans and own the localized Brand Experience Calendar (BEC) flighting by adapting regional touchpoint guidelines.

  • Full-Funnel Integration: Connect mass-reach traditional and digital media seamlessly with bottom-funnel touchpoints (CRM, Search, Retail Media) to build cohesive, campaign-driven communication mixes.

  • Media Sufficiency & Reach Optimization: Defend and monitor local media sufficiency metrics, ensuring key categories achieve required reach and effective frequency to build recall and prevent volume erosion.

  • Budget Tracking & Compliance: Control local media budget allocations, manage invoice pipelines, verify spend compliance, and partner with agencies on optimization tactics to eliminate waste.

  • Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the embedded media consultant for Category Brand Managers during briefing processes, while collaborating with Social, Content, and Retail Media teams to align open-web and site-search strategies.

  • Data-Informed Campaign Optimization: Monitor in-flight performance metrics to execute rapid budget reallocations for optimal ROAS and translate Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) findings into actionable commercial decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • At least 4+ years of experience in media planning, media buying, or digital media strategy within a Media Agency, Media Vendor, or fast-paced CPG/FMCG environment.

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex media budgets across both traditional (e.g., TV) and digital channels.

  • Professional fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record using media management, reach/frequency modeling, and analytics platforms (e.g., Kantar, IBOPE, Datorama, Google Analytics).

  • Strong understanding of local media pricing models (CPM, CPRP, CPC) and negotiation workflows.

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-driven tools and conversational automation platforms to modernize brand touchpoints.

  • Strategic leadership skills with an ability to translate complex media data into business insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
