Technical Systems Manager

Hill's Pet Nutrition, a part of Colgate-Palmolive, a global leader in pet food manufacturing, is looking for a talented and experienced Technical Systems Manager to join its team in Hustopece, Czech Republic. This is a challenging and rewarding role with a high degree of responsibility. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of equipment and buildings projects, overseeing the maintenance and electrical/control departments, supervising packaging engineering, and initiating and driving continuous improvement activities.

What you'll do:

• Oversee the implementation of equipment and buildings projects

• Oversee the maintenance and electrical/control departments

• Supervise packaging engineering

• Initiate and drive continuous improvement activities

What we're looking for:

• An university degree in engineering technical specialization

• Master degree in technical area (preferred) 

• +5 years of experience in project management/engineering with production management experience in the field of feed/food production

• Excellent English skills (written and spoken)

• The ability to work effectively in a multinational environment
