JOB SUMMARY - 


In today's dynamic environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the Customer Service and Logistics Team. 

 

You will provide collaborative end to end solutions that use joint capabilities and expertise in support of Hill's customer development and Customer Service & Logistics strategies. You will participate as an active member of the Hill's leadership team and play a key role in developing mutually beneficial relationships with customers, third party providers, and regulatory agencies. You have responsibilities for Customer service excellence, right sized inventory, efficiencies, & leading and developing people


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -


-  Lead the Customer Service and Logistics Function within region. Effective Partnership with global Hill's team to share and apply standard methodologies for productivity and cost efficiencies.

-  Deliver service excellence and ensure customer issues are addressed promptly. Drive innovative solutions for effective order fulfillment. Meet and collaborate with customers to support joint planning and deliver projects which build mutual value.

-  Adopt an ‘end-to-end’ view of the supply chain to increase service reliability, deliver FTG, remove waste and drive other efficiency improvements. Seek and promote internal opportunities for simplification (SKUs, Processes). Drive external partnerships with key providers to promote a continuous improvement approach and collaboration.

-  Facilitate and improve the collaborative demand planning process to ensure the right product and the right time and reduce obsolescence. Support the planning team (production & demand) to ensure reliability of supply and enhance system driven planning.

-  Support all 3PL functions to ensure compliance to global tools and practices.

-  Lead & develop local talent, empower and develop team to build leadership and functional capabilities.

-  Ensure compliance and findings closure for all Quality and Supplier Responsible Sourcing Assessment Program audits in collaboration with Global CS&L and Divisional Quality.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - 


-  A Bachelor's degree

-  Minimum 5 years of experience in a Customer Service & Logistics or a Supply Chain Role
