Overview

Job Summary

  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies for eCommerce through ACPL and leverage global learnings to accelerate the growth and participation of Hill’s brands in Asia.

  • Collaborate with Business Development Manager to build and implement eCommerce GtM and digital marketing plans with distributors and eVendors across Asia region.

  • Deliver continuous business improvement through in-depth analysis of eCommerce business to shape future commercial decisions including shopper activity ROI, digital media ROAS, portfolio sales analysis, shopper acquisition and others.

  • Activate practical eCommerce tools and products for Asia region to get insights and drive commercial efficiency. Provide necessary training to power users and work with agencies to improve product experience.

  • Manage regional relationships with key eCommerce customers to align on regional growth and investment plans within the category.

Develop and execute strategic digital commerce plans with eCommerce Managers of Asian markets to win in the category.

  • Ensure delivery of excellence in 6P+A online execution.

  • Develop and carry out regional PDP and social content (live streaming, purchase-driven ad creatives and influencer content)

  • Drive deeper shopper engagement and understanding through detailed data analysis.

  • Activate digital tools to enhance getting insights from eCommerce platforms and build commercial actions based on analytical findings to grow a data-driven mentality.

  • Guide distributors persuasively to run online business by winning in the brilliant basics.
