About the Role
As a Territory Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships and providing a direct interface with the Veterinary and Pet Retail channel, servicing independent and key accounts within the assigned territories.
Following the Territory Management Plan, the Territory Manager will represent the Hill's brand through regular visits, meetings and in-clinic/ in-store seminars and communicate persuasively the technical superiority, practical application and commercial benefits of Hill’s products in order to achieve increased distribution, recommendation and sales.

Implements key strategies based on 6P (Product, Price, Promotion, Placement, POP and Professional recommendation) to ensure that Hill’s Pet Nutrition is the strategic partner of choice in small animal nutrition.

Develops, prepares and implements agreed annual business plans for each account consistent with overall sales volume in line with annual contract with T&C agreement.

Maintains close contact with the key decision-makers in each account to ensure the development and maintenance of excellent relationships between the Company and customers.
The ideal candidate:

Basic qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science or Nutrition (Pet or Human) is a plus

2+ years of experience in account management or sales in Territory Management, Veterinary, Pharmaceutical, FMCG or similar fields is highly regarded

Knowledge of the pet food industry and Hill’s products is preferred

High motivation and personal drive to increase sales and build business relationships

Excellent planning, organisational skills and ability to deal with ambiguous situations

Good business and communication (written & presentation) skills with fluency in both English and Cantonese

Digitally savvy - Google Suite or similar and applying digital tools to analyse sales data
