The position is responsible for leading development of the Asia Pacific brand strategy for one of the key Oral Care Big Bets across the region, as well as the Manual Toothbrush strategy. This includes management of brand growth plans and equity enhancing activation to drive brand equity while maximizing long and short term sales volume, profits and market shares.



  • Identify growth opportunities within the Asia Pacific market place and develop short and long term marketing plans (identifying share, volume and profit objectives and devising strategies to meet them on regional basis).

  • Align with IBE on identification, preparation and execution of comprehensive brand engagement and communication campaigns to drive growth

  • Evaluate and recommend product pricing and advertising strategies to CIC

  • Ensure that portfolio and sizing mix are constantly reviewed and appraised for revenue growth opportunities.

  • Understand and utilize consumer insight/eCom data trends to build brand growth plans

  • Monitor advertising spend on category core equities

  • Develop and align priorities for category with Division Marketing Head

  • Drive Asia Pacific Category focus with special project/task force participation

  • Liaise with subsidiaries/hubs and Innovation teams

  • Monitor product performance against plan and set course correction if necessary to ensure that targets are achieved

  • Evaluate and action profitable growth plans across category and products without detracting from perceived product quality



  • Bachelor degree and above, majoring in Marketing, Business Administration will be a plus 

  • At least 10  years of brand management and/or customer marketing, customer management experience in consumer goods industry

  • Implementation of at least one business building initiative, e.g. new product launch, relaunch, equity campaign, etc.

  • Key involvement in business analysis, marketing plan development, and cross-functional project management

  • Strong in project management and multi stakeholders communication
