About the Role
We are out here to find a dynamic and talented brand manager to join our Regional Brand Marketing Team and help us take Hill’s to the next level in the Greater Asia Region. To unlock growth and build it into a future growth driver for Hill’s, Greater Asia is a newly formed region, which includes our businesses in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and China.
In this action packed and exciting role, you will be the OWNER of YOUR brand, reporting into the Regional Marketing Director. You ll work closely with internal and external teams to create and execute exciting brand strategies to achieve business goals. These will include:
Internal: Global marketing, subsidiary brand teams, Integrated Brand Experience (IBE) team, E-commerce, Customer Development, PVA, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Legal
External: Regional creative agency(s), regional media agency(s), Key Customers / Distributors
As the brand owner, you’ll be leading all regional brand initiatives including brand strategy, portfolio management, new product launches, pricing strategy, regional brand campaigns, Monitoring, Reporting, Market insights / intelligence, and overall support for our business in the region to help unlock growth. The ideal candidate:

Basic qualifications include: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related. A MBA is preferred

5+ years of experience in marketing functions including marketing management, strategy planning, execution and project management experience.

Preferable experience in FMCG, retail (FMCG), nutrition.
-
Familiarity with the pet food business is a plus.

Experience in category management and/or consumer marketing experience is a plus
-
Language fluency in English. Understanding of Japanese / Mandarin / Korean / Cantonese is a plus

Excellent business and communication (written & presentation) skills

Works effectively across functions, channels, and categories to align priorities, solve problems, optimize resources, and drive effective execution

Digitally savvy and curious, understand the dynamics of eCommerce
