Role & Responsibilities
This position will be part of the Category team within Division Marketing reporting to the Category Team with the key responsibility of ensuring best-in-class deployment of all Division led projects across Hubs.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead deployment of Key Division projects across Hubs by managing Cross-functional teams, Timelines and Key Activities.

Collaborate with internal and external partners - Design, Insights, R&D, Platforms teams and agencies

Be the lead for creating and deploying GTM workbooks for division led new Launches/Re-launches and Activations.

Support the Category Teams - TP & Tbr in implementing key activities across the division

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and above, having background in Marketing/Business is a plus
-
5+ years of work experience in an innovation role including leading breakthrough innovation, with a strong background in Supply Chain.

Work experience in FMCG / technology / devices / electronics / connected health company is a plus

Demonstrated creative problem solving skills in previous roles

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple innovation projects

Demonstrated experience of driving new thinking or changing thinking of a team or organization
