NOW HIRING: OPERATIONS ASSOCIATES and OPERATIONS TECHNICIANS

 

These critical roles work closely together to operate a  variety of manufacturing equipment and/or lines. Responsibilities include safety and environmental compliance, quality procedures, daily production, cleaning and sanitation procedures, equipment maintenance procedures, data collection, housekeeping, problem solving and continuous improvement as part of a work team.

Operations Associate duties include (but not limited to):

  • Responsible for safety and environmental compliance, quality procedures, cleaning and sanitation procedures, data collection, housekeeping, problem solving and continuous improvement as part of a work team.

  • Accurately completing computer entries using SAP and RF for receiving, transferring and shipping

  • Responsible for material handling

  • Executing daily housekeeping and record keeping as required to meet GMPs and FDA requirements  

  • Provides additional production support with line set up and change overs, etc...

 

Required Education & Skills - Operations Associate 

  • High School Education or Equivalent

  • Proficient with computers, software, and data processing 

  • Self-Motivated with strong drive to learn

  • Prefer a minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience (not required)

 

Do you have basic mechanical and/or hydraulics experience and strong communication skills? Then we want to hear from YOU!!

 

Operations Technician duties include (but not limited to): 

  • Operating highly automated manufacturing equipment using basic knowledge of mechanical and/or hydraulic concepts 

  • Initiating start-ups, executing change-overs, and monitoring operation of equipment 

  • Completing minor equipment maintenance 

  • Conducting equipment troubleshooting 

  • Responsible for safety and environmental compliance, quality procedures, cleaning and sanitation procedures, data collection, housekeeping, problem solving and continuous improvement as part of a work team.

 

Required Education & Skills - Operations Technician

  • High School Education or Equivalent 

  • 1+ years of related experience (including mechanical and/or hydraulic)

  • Proficient with computers, software, and data processing 

  • Highly collaborative and team oriented 

  • Demonstrated skill in problem solving/decision making, effective communication,and basic troubleshooting

  • Prefer GMP and/or consumer goods manufacturing experience (not required)

  • Prefer Technical college/vocational school certificate or Associates degree in related field (not required)


 

Physical Requirements (Both Roles)

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently

  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders, bend to 90 degrees repeatedly 

 

Work Schedule (Both Roles)

  • Evening shift (7pm - 7:30am) 

  • Rotating Schedule of 2 - 2 - 3 (for a total of only 3 or 4 days per week full-time!)

  • Must be able to work evening shifts, weekends and mandatory overtime as needed.
