The job:

We are now looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who is curious about digital tools and communication, structured with an ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. If you also love all things related to websites, email marketing, copywriting and cats and dogs for that matter this might be the job for you! You will be part of our Nordic marketing team and our Finnish commercial team. You will primarily work remotely and also work from the Finnish office in Helsinki. 

The role is a 6 month full time Internship with the possibility to continue working 2 days a week hereafter while finishing your studies. 

You’ll report to our Digital Manager who is based in Copenhagen/Denmark. 

The primary purpose of the role is to provide support to the Digital Manager through coordination and management of various projects and processes covering the Nordic Market.

The key responsibilities of the position are:

• Website improvement and management

• Tasks related to copywriting 

• Email marketing 

• Support in Digital tool maintenance and launch

• Translate from English to either Finnish and coordinate translations of the other languages

• Proofreading

• SEO optimization

• KPI collection and Reporting

• Ad hoc tasks

Your profile:

• You are currently studying your bachelor or graduate in communication, marketing or digital marketing

• You are passionate about websites, Digital tools and online communication

• You are detail oriented and good at coordinating multiple tasks at once.

• You are outgoing and thrive in a fast paced international environment 

• You have strong communication skills –both oral & written in English and Finnish

• Relevant student job or experience is a plus 

Your qualifications:

The successful candidate will need a lot of drive and a strong consumer and customer focus coupled with strong interpersonal skills, passion and professionalism.

We are looking for an individual with creativity, curiosity and a strong sense of planning, prioritizing and coordinating. 

In addition, the candidate has: 

• A sharp glance, is structured and detail oriented 

• Strong ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 

• Proactive and analytical person, who likes to take ownership of the projects assigned to you

• A flexible and mature approach and the will to complete both routine tasks and take on new challenges 

• The ability to communicate effectively and enjoys working in a team, both within Marketing and cross-functionally 

• Excellent PC/Program skills ( CRM, CMS and ticketing system knowledge are a plus) 

• Excellent skills in Finnish and English

• An international and positive mindset
