Job Purpose:
The Oral Care brand manager is leading his/her part of the brand growth plan. In this role the brand manager is accountable for the full people journey across ACPL, leading to integrated online + offline experiences across the Central Europe West Region  (Germany, Austria & Switzerland). 


This is a temporary assignment for 12 months.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio management (including artwork creation, SKU management, claims)
  • Responsibility for P&L and Share of market development of his/her area of responsibility within the Oral Care portfolio in CEW
  • Development of holistic Brand Growth Plan for the Oral Care portfolio with behavioral data and people-centric insights in close cooperation with the brand lead, cross functional and divisional teams
  • Contribute to the commercial process (European Division/ CEW Hub/Country) for the owned Oral Care portfolio
  • Close cooperation with EU Brand team, Oral Care Shopper Marketing, Retail teams in the countries, Customer Development & Digital Transformation  team 


Key Skills, Competencies & Qualifications:

  • College or University degree. A proven successful track record of 4/5 years experience in Brand Management preferably in Consumer Goods & Healthcare Goods
  • Consumer focused: Works with agility and finds new ways through the use of digital tools and data to get closer to consumers and shoppers. Puts consumer needs and experience at the heart of all activities and decisions. 
  • Digital savvy: Experience with digital media to drive clear plans by media/ channel across the people journey together with the specialists in the Digital Transformation team 
  • Innovative thinker: Champions new initiatives and experimentation. Gains buy-in & implements new ideas quickly & effectively. Adopts a flexible approach to problem solving and taking risks and quickly learn 
  • Interpersonal & collaboration skills: Works within the CEW Hub team to influence people and build strong trusted relationships internally/externally to drive action and progress. Close collaboration with local and divisional Brand teams, Shopper Marketing, Digital Transformation and Customer Development teams. 
  • Data analytics: ability and financial knowledge to evaluate and digest complex business processes, identify insights and opportunities and then capitalize and execute on learnings.
  • Effective execution: Achieving results with speed & excellence, eliminating unnecessary work, driving simplicity and holding self-accountable for results.
