An unserem Standort in Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Key Account Manager (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unseres Teams. In dieser Rolle bist du maßgeblich mitverantwortlich für die Entwicklung eines nationalen Kunden, dabei gewährleistest du sowohl die Erreichung von Umsatz- und Abverkaufszielen, als auch die Optimierung des Kundenertrags.


Aufgabenbereich:

  • Umsetzung der Verkaufsstrategien pro Kunde in Abstimmung mit der Vertriebskanal-Strategie
  • Planung und Durchführung der Jahresgespräche in Abstimmung mit der Führungsebene
  • Erreichung von budgetierten Verkaufszielen pro Kunde
  • Verhandlung von Bedingungen und Konditionen und Umsetzung der Ergebnisse
  • Umsetzung der geplanten Aktivitäten zur nachhaltigen Kundenbindung
  • Sicherstellung der Kundenprofitabilität

 
Voraussetzungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im kaufmännischen / wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Bereich oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 3 Erfahrung im Kundenmanagement im Bereich Retail / Lebensmitteleinzelhandel / Drogerie
  • Verständnis für die Konzepte, Strategien und Vorgehensweisen im Handel
  • Crossfunktionale Erfahrung (Marketing / Retail Marketing) wünschenswert
  • Analytisches Verständnis und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Interdisziplinäre und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ergebnisorientierung und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
  • Sichere Kenntnisse der gängigen MS Office Programme, Nielsen und SAP
