Job Purpose

This new role is part of the digital transformation & media team and focuses on our DACH markets in identifying, enabling and bringing to life relevant consumer engagement touchpoints across our consumers’ journeys. 


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead our multibrand CRM program and its extension to other relevant consumer touchpoints like website (applications), apps or WhatsApp/ SMS to create engaging multi channel connected customer experiences and build lasting relations. Define the strategy, approach, methodologies, frameworks and identify the right tools.
  • Define and execute the strategy to drive traffic to and encourage the engagement with those touch points.
  • Develop and execute campaigns across those touchpoints in close collaboration with the cross functional internal and external partners, i.e. our in-house Creative Studio, brand and media team & agencies.
  • Evolve our content strategy to ensure the right content across all touchpoints to educate and engage our consumers and build lasting brand preference.
  • Enable all owned channels for data acquisition and build initiatives to acquire, enrich, engage and utilize 1P data across all digital channels. 
  • Drive best practices across the organization including how to engage consumers, acquire quality first-party data, enrich audience segments, and utilize the acquired data to optimize performance marketing and conversion.
  • Work very closely with internal teams such as Brand Marketing, eCommerce, Media and Analytics to deliver an aligned customer experience. 
  • Benchmark competition to offer up recommendations on best-in-class CRM practices.
  • Lead & inspire others in the implementation of this plan.




  • 4+ years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and how to influence customer behavior through multi channel CRM campaigns.
  • Proven experience in setting multi-channel CRM strategy and plans and in developing marketing content across different channels. 
  • Experience in multi-channel campaign planning, delivery and optimization. Proven experience in setting up automated email marketing programmes. Experience in segmentation, targeting and personalisation at scale.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript and a data query language (MySQL) strongly preferred. 


Personal skills

  • Strong team player enjoying working cross functionally with internal and external partners.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to work independently and with stakeholders across different geographies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment. Performance focused, eager to drive continuous test & learn across our DACH organization and throughout Europe.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience of and comfort with using data to guide decision making. Attention to detail and planning skills are essential.
  • Fluency in both German and English required.
