Job Profile

  • Responsible for the acquisition, segmentation, utilization and mapping of all available 1P, 2P and 3P data within the CEW hub
  • Development, management and optimization of data-driven marketing campaigns
  • Support of the IMC manager in the context of holistic media planning
  • Adaptation and optimization of the campaign strategy based on the KPIs and the implementation of A/B testing
  • Support with real-time tracking, reporting and optimization of media plans and controlling campaign performance and strategy based on the agreed KPIs using dynamic, interactive dashboards
  • Responsibility for the holistic search approach along the consumer journey
  • Close exchange with the external agencies and cooperation with the key stakeholders of the digital ecosystem

Performance Analytics

  • Expert for tracking & website analytics
  • Development, control and optimization of a KPI framework along the user journey
  • Evaluation of touchpoints along the user journey and attribution of the sales impact
  • Preparing for market changes like Privacy Sandbox & Cookieless
  • Implementation and expansion of internal reporting and dashboarding capacity


Knowledge transfer and further qualification of the organization

  • Induction and management of trainees, potentially management of employees from the areas of website / SEO and CRM
  • Implementation of a local "Test & Learn" agenda for performance media campaigns to further develop performance media channels
  • Training (eCom Basics, Digital Media Basics) and advising the brand team
  • Expansion of digital skills in the team & the entire company
