In our 18 months trainee program you will expand your knowledge in consumer behavior and learn how to drive growth of our brands and business. Our program will prepare you for an international career at Colgate-Palmolive. You will take on responsibility right from the start, drive your own projects and inspire others with your ideas. Regular feedback from experienced colleagues and managers will support you to become the best version of yourself! 

 

During the program you will run through 3 different stations. The centerpiece of our program is the five month assignment abroad. 

 

Expand your Marketing Knowledge 
You will work cross-functionally on the development, implementation and optimization of holistic consumer activation and advertising measures across all relevant touchpoints and get to know our brands intensively.

 

Develop core competencies in Customer Development 
You will gain a deep understanding of the German retail landscape and experience how we bring our products to the shelves of various retailers in different retail environments. You will get insights in how we negotiate with our customers and how we execute our (Marketing)concepts in the market.

 

Get to know Retail Marketing
To gain precious insights of our Retail Marketing, you will go abroad to another Colgate location. You will support e.g. the planning, implementation and activation of new product launches and relaunches.

  • You already gained relevant commercial work experience (e.g. internships, working student positions) ideally in a fast-pace working environment
  • You have international experience (e.g. semester or internship abroad)

  • You impress with your communicative and enthusiastic personality and with a high level of team orientation
  • You are fluent in English and German
