Job Responsibilities

  • Drive our multibrand CRM program and its extension to other relevant consumer touchpoints like website (applications), apps or WhatsApp/ SMS to create engaging multi-channel connected customer experiences and build lasting relations.
  • Execute the strategy, approach, methodologies, frameworks and identify the right tools 
  • Enable all owned channels for data acquisition and build initiatives to acquire, enrich, engage and utilize 1P data across all digital channels. 
  • Own our audience framework and train the internal teams as well as our agency partners on usage and implementation
  • Monitoring of relevant KPIs and creation of reports for our stakeholders as well as create recommendations
  • Push your ideas with our test & learn agenda to drive media efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work very closely with internal teams such as Brand Marketing, eCommerce, Media and Analytics to deliver a connected customer experience. 

 

Qualifications
Background

  • First’ experience in a similar role.
  • Job experience in media agencies is a plus
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle and how to influence customer behavior through multi channel CRM campaigns.
  • Experience in executing multi-channel CRM programs and plans and in developing marketing content across different channels. 
  • Experience in segmentation, targeting and personalisation at scale.
  • Fluent in both German and English is required.

 

Personal skills

  • Strong team player enjoying working cross functionally with internal and external partners
  • Pragmatic & Hands-On mentality 
  • Analytical skills with experience in using data and creating data based recommendations. 
  • Attention to detail and planning skills are essential.
