Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Associate Business Development Manager (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Hamburg.

 

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Unterstützung der Kundenentwicklung im Vertriebskanal durch die Identifizierung von Potentialen, basierend auf Input aus der Analyse von Kundendaten / Shopper Insights
  • Steuerung der Kundenaktivitäten in Cross-funktionaler Zusammenarbeit mit dem Ziel der Implementierung der Kundenentwicklungsstrategien 
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Key Account Managern bezüglich der Analyse der Kundenperformance und Kundenentwicklung sowie Initiierung von korrektiven Aktionen zur Verbesserung 
  • Unterstützung der Key Account Manager und Team Leader bei der internen Kundenplanung, bei der Entwicklung von Aktionen sowie bei der Erstellung von Selling-Stories für den Kunden 
  • Kombination der Kundensicht mit der Vertriebskanal- / Finanz-Strategie durch operative Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung der Jahresgespräche / Top to Top Gespräche 

 
Voraussetzungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im kaufmännischen / wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Bereich oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Vertrieb/Marketing vorteilhaft, vorzugsweise in der Konsumgüterindustrie
  • Streben nach interdisziplinärem Verständnis und fachlicher Expertise
  • Mühelose Kombination von Kreativität und Zahlenaffinität
  • Interdisziplinäre und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Eine hohe Kommunikationsstärke in Wort und Schrift im Deutschen sowie im Englischen
