Job Description

We are looking for an HR Intern with a focus on HRBP and Talent Development. The intern will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes for the Customer Development (Sales) area, supporting the management of the intern development cycle, and assisting with Training & Development initiatives for the commercial team. The position also involves active participation in the company's corporate Internship Program initiatives.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Selection: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for internship positions within the Customer Development area.
  • Young Talent Development: Monitor the journey and structure continuous learning paths for interns in Customer Development.

  • Employer Branding & Partnerships: Connect the company with universities, student clubs, and academic organizations to attract new talent.

  • Corporate Internship Program: Support the management and execution of initiatives for the company's official Internship Program, collaborating across various departments.

  • Operational Support: Assist with the onboarding flow for new interns and routine HR administrative tasks.

 

Position Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields (available to intern until at least December 2028)
  • Enrolled in evening classes and available for a 6-hour daily internship (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

  • Intermediate English skills (good reading comprehension and functional communication)

  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Remote work setup (suitable workspace and reliable internet connection)
