HR Admin - Therwil Campus
Length of contract: 6 Months
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Admin to join our Human Resources team in the Therwil Campus. This role will play a key part in supporting various HR functions, with a particular focus on maintaining our employee data accurate and compliant, while enabling a successful employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.

Provide day to day operational HR support for the Therwil campus employees

Ensure all HR practices are managed in line with local regulation, and company policies and practices
Main roles and responsibilities

HR Administration:
-
Assisting employees on campus benefits (enrollment, status updates, etc.)
-
Developing and issuing of employment letters, reference letters as well as various attestations
-
Responsible for and supporting our employees with our Time tracking and Colgate vacation System
-
Monitoring sick and accident cases, vacation leaves, etc.
-
First point of contact to advice employees and line managers on various HR topics such as termination cases, contract changes, illness and accidents, maternity and retirement

Monitoring maternity/paternity leaves, child and education allowance

Managing G work permits
-
Involvement in local employees relations initiative programs such End Year programs, Employee awards, etc.

Managing purchase orders and

Managing document filing and the HR Archive

Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings.

Employee Engagement

Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.

Organize and coordinate company events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.

Promote and facilitate internal communication initiatives to ensure employees are informed and engaged.

Assist in developing and maintaining programs that foster employee well-being, work-life balance, and inclusivity.

Making sure the onboarding experience of employees at the Therwil Campus is successful and positive.

Coordination of employee Service and You Can Make A Difference Award programs as well as Committee Member

Providing assistance to employees, answering questions and following up as needed; and participating as an active resource for any of the other HR areas

Training and Development:

Assist in the coordination and facilitation of training and development programs.

Maintain training records and track employee participation in various training sessions.

Education/Experience Requirements
Basic qualifications include: (HR Admin)

Bachelor degree or equivalent
-
2-3 years of experience in a similar position: HR, payroll, administration

Fluent in German and English
-
Must be knowledgeable in Excel and reporting
Preferred: Knowledge of Ariba, Concur, familiar with Swiss Law and Local Benefits
