Ensure that the production costs of the company are calculated based on corporate policies. Guarantee that the financial information reported is reliable. Obtain a valuation of the exact inventory levels for decision making.
 
What you will do
 

• PLANT SUPPORT:

- Analysis of monthly results and recommendations to assigned plants.

- Verify proper calculation of AML for assigned plants -PPR detailed review with plant staff -New products, new formulas and sourcing evaluation support.

- Participate in PPR review with Manufacturing Director -Consolidate material losses information total plant -Consolidate PPR for NY information
 

• MYR AND BUDGET PREPARATION:

- Validate savings for assigned plants (FTG and CEB).

- Prepare material losses information MYR and Budget review for total plant.

 

• VARIANCES CONTROL:

- SCF validates variable variances and determines variances deferral; request any additional judgment entries to be posted if required.

- Weekly analysis of price variances for C.A.

- Identification of incorrect postings and request corrections -Summary of PPVs for month end and global PPR for C.A.
 

• MONTH END CLOSING:

- Follow up and verification of closing reports
• FIXED ASSETS PHYSICAL COUNTS:

-  Coordinate FA physical count -Perform fixed asset Tagging for assigned plants, CS&L and general areas.
 • STANDARD COSTS:

- Landing costs of all imported goods

 • Control of manufacturing NVOs and Slow Moving materials
 • INVENTORIES:

- Verify proper reporting of ITR.

- Follow up, control and visit for OBS monthly destructions.

- Quarterly review of inventory and SLOB reserve calculation.

- Review of inventories in transit ICO for Guatemala
 • SIMPLIFICATION:

- Follow up on implementation on PPR global
 • Performs other duties as assigned
 • Complies with all policies and standards

 

Required Qualifications
 • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, CPA or Engineering

 • At least 3 years in Accounting experience.

 • Intermediate English.

 

Preferred Qualifications.
 • Requires knowledge in handling Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Power Point and SAP. 
 • Analytic. 
 • Proactive.
 • Team work.
