Regional Financial Accounting Analyst is in charge of the preparation and analisys of statutory financial statements for the business segments of Distribution, manufacturing and Support Services in Central America for Actuals, Budget and Estimates while proactively working with multiple areas in the Central America Hub and Latin America Division.


What you will do

  • Preparation of estimates and budgets in close coordination with Budget and Planning, Accounting, Taxes and Latin America Division

  • Monitoring of statutory profitability by subcategory (oral care, personal care, home care) on a monthly basis in connection to the agreements applicable to each segment.

  • Proactively work with budget and planning, accounting and taxes in anticipation of changes that could impact the profitability for each business segment

  • Coordinate with other business functions to gather the documentation needed to support the transfer pricing requirements.

  • Support Transfer Pricing Compliance

  • Support with financial information in order to implementation projects in Central America and Latin America Division

  • Partnering with Treasury providing information to prepare cash position

  • Participate in tax audits related to transfer pricing

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

  • Complies with all policies and standards


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Administration, Finance, Economics or related degree

  • At least 3 years of experience in Financial planning, preparing budgets/estimates

  • At least 3 years strong analytical skills with experience making and communicating data-driven insights

  • At least 5 years Experience in finance or accounting with emphasis in financial analysis

  • Advanced English level
