Responsible for verifying the purchases of spare parts and supplies required by the plant in general, which have been previously negotiated by the purchasing department. Manage the spare parts warehouse, the lubricants warehouse and supervise the assistants of the spare parts warehouse.




  • Control of the reception and delivery of spare parts as supplies at the plant.

  • Enter into the SAP system all the views of the spare parts of productive orders or spare parts to be entered as EGT and SXP; as well as entering the GR of Productive and non-productive orders.

  • Verify that the quantities and prices of the requested are correct. Otherwise, contact the Maintenance engineer or buyer, according to the Purchase Order.

  • For spare parts and supplies with EGT and / or SXP code, check that the Maintenance Engineer is making purchases with the correct code and that the supplier delivers the negotiated product. Otherwise, you must reject the purchase and let the Maintenance Engineer and Purchasing Department know.

  • Ensure that the documents carry the requirements requested by the department in Finance order to make the payment to the Supplier. 

  • Organize and supervise the activities of the winery assistants, aimed at improving the area, continuous improvement and simplification of functions.

  • Review the tickets for spare parts delivered by emergency procedures on the third shift, weekends and holidays; Follow up to modify the quantity of inventories in the SAP system.

  • Provide support to the Purchasing Department that allows carrying out new negotiations and selecting new suppliers, through their feedback regarding prices, quality and services.

  • Participate in the evaluation of suppliers.

  • Assign the space in the Warehouse to each spare by FF.

  • Check that all the suggested codings for each new spare part are correct.

  • Preparation of views for the generation of new spare parts within the inventory. Prepare the area and resources to participate in taking cyclical inventories of spare parts according to the schedule. Minimum 2 times a year.

  • Preparation of SOP's, SWIS or IET's when necessary.

  • Identify obsolete, slow-moving parts and report them to the corresponding Focus Factory so that the pertinent actions can be taken.

  • Generation of the reports described below.

  • Control of the extra and normal hours of the winery assistants.

  • Verify that the winery assistants comply with the training hours programmed by the different programs and strategies of the company.

  • Programming, review and approval of schedules in Time & Attendance in SAP.

  • Ensure compliance with FP&R KPIs.

  • Inventory and Warehouse Management Report.

  • Plan and coordinate the resources to provide the winery service, in case these are on weekends and holidays that have been previously scheduled.

  • Generate contingency plans so that the winery service is not affected by adverse circumstances.

  • Perform any other task related to your position.




  • University Studies in Engineering (preferably Mechanics or Mechatronics).

  • At least 1 year of experience in Manufacturing/ Supply Chain.

  • Management of Office/Google Suite and SAP 

  • Level of English in 75%




  • Knowledge in Google Data Studio
  • Knowledge of Excel Macros
  • Certification as Green Belt Six Sigma
